School Certificate Maker
Design appreciation, participation and merit certificates with your school name, logo and signatories. Pick one of five designs, preview live, then download or print one — or a whole class list.
Design
Choose a style — every design prints on A4 landscape.
Wording
Start from a template, then edit any line.
Signatories & logo
Leave a signatory blank to hide it. A signature line is printed above each name.
Bulk certificates
Paste one name per line. Add | text after a name to give that child their own description, e.g. Riya Sen | for winning First Prize in the 100 m race.
Certificates worth framing
Recognition matters most when it arrives quickly. Make a full set for an event in the time it takes to drink a cup of chai.
Pick a design
Classic, modern, elegant, kids or minimal — then fine-tune the accent colour.
Fill in the wording
Choose the certificate type, name, event, date, school name and up to two signatories.
Add your logo
Upload the school crest from your computer — it is drawn on the certificate and never uploaded.
Download or print
Get a high-resolution PNG, or paste a class list to download or print every certificate at once.
Which certificate to give?
- Participation — everyone who took part.
- Merit — students on a merit list or rank.
- Achievement — winners and position holders.
- Excellence — consistently outstanding work.
- Appreciation — effort, service, helpers and staff.
Wording that works
Be specific: “for securing First Position in the Class 5 Quiz” means far more to a child than “for good performance”. Keep names exactly as in school records, and check spellings before printing.
Printing tips
Choose A4, landscape, margins None and turn on Background graphics. 170–250 GSM matte or ivory card stock gives a premium finish; print one test page first.
